Here are a few things that can cause leaky spots from cars
Yellow green-pastel blue or orange
it could be antifreeze leaking from a bad hose or a hole in the radiator
Dark brown or Black Stains
It could be oil from a leaky gasket
Red oily (slippery) spot
Could be transmission or power steering fluid
Clear water stain
Could be that your radiator overflowed or from the cars air conditioning unit.
