Try this little guide to help you: Remember to check things off as you finish them. You will find that it won't take that long by following this guide and you will be back to doing the FUN things in life!!
1. Throw all of your dirty laundry in the hamper
2. Pick up all of the clutter (stuff lying all over the place) and put it back where it belongs.
3. Make your bed--it might pay to change the sheets too
4. Dust the furniture
5. Vacuum the rug if you have carpeting or sweep the floor if it is wood or linoleum
6. If you have scatter rugs in your room take them outseide and shake them out.
7. Spray some room deodorizer or fabreez in the room or dab a small amount of perfume or cologne on a Kleenex and twirl your hand around the room to move the pretty smell all over the room.
8. Go get any of your wash that is clean and put it in your drawers and closet
If you do all of these things, your mom will be so proud of you for thinking about it all by yourself. Always remember to put things back where they belong as soon as you are finished using them.
I know, you hear this from your mom all of the tim. Here is the reason you should get used to doing this----as you ge older and have your own apartment or home, you will find out that if everything is always put away where it belongs, you will find it faster when you need it, always know where to look for it and you will save a klot of money by not having to go out and buy another one when you have to have it. 1. Throw the dirty clothes in the wash
2. Hang up all of your clothes and jackets
3. Throw the comforter on the bed so it is neat looking
4.Pick up and put away the clutter.
5. Spray some room freshener, just to make it smell good.
Thats right kids, it will only take you 10 minutes! Set the kitchen timer and time yourself. I bet you get so good at it that it will only take you 5 minutes and your room will look great all of the time!
