What are Unhealthy Snacks?
Unhealthy snacks are high in sugar, fat and salt. Large amounts of food is not good for you regardless of whether or not they are healthy snack choices. You just want a small snack to hold you over until your next meal. It's OK to have an unhealthy snack once in a while or for a special treat. You don't want to have them on a daily basis. Here are a few examples of unhealthy snacks:

Yes, I am sorry to tell you kids, but anything that tastes really really good is usually unhealthy. That is why we all hate to diet so much. We have to stop eating the things we like the best.
But, it doesn't mean you have to give them up for the rest of your life. Only use them as SPECIAL treats, like maybe once every two weeks, give yourself a REAL TREAT!!
